Mac Miller death: A 28-year-aged Los Angeles man was apprehend Wednesday and arraign in association with Mac Miller‘s overdose death in September 2018.
Pettit is being arraign with one count of arrangement of a restraint substance and faces a statutory greatest sentence of 20 years in federal dungeon.
According to the documents, he texted Pettit days before his demise asking for drugs.
Pettit then promise to bring the rapper oxycodone pills, cocaine, and Xanax and delivered them to him at his Los Angeles recording studio in the timely hours of Sept. 5.
The complaint alleges that Pettit give drugs to Miller for a period of several months.
On Wednesday, Thom Mrozek of the US Attorney’s Office told reporters there are two other people who are allegedly answerable for supplying Miller with narcotics who haven’t yet been charged.
When asked if Pettit could in the end be charged with murder, Mrozek said he would not speculate on what he might be charged with in the future.
